Neal Nally of Weymouth, William Earl of Seville and Richard Krage now of Medina, indicted by the Feb ruary grand jury for robbery, appear ed in common pleas court Friday and were sentenced to serve terms of from one to 25 years each in Mans feld reformatory. Judge John D. Owen sentenced the trio when they entered pleas of guilty to charges of robbing three soldiers north of Medina, on route 42, last Nov. 25. Homer Stuart of Spencer, indicted for assault and battery, plead inno cent when arraigned before Judge Owen, Thursday, and his case was set for trial on Feb. 15. Stuart has re tained Attorney Raymond Bennett as counsel. Christ Schilling of Medina appear ed in common pleas court Saturday, plead guilty to driving a motor ve hicle while intoxicated, and was fined $50 and costs of Judge John D. Owen. Schilling also lost his driver’s license.
