Edward J. Bogest, manager of marketing and sales for the Rhinelander and Columbus mills of the St. Regis Printing and Packaging Papers Division, has been elected vice chairman of the board of directors of the Glassine and Greaseproof Group of the Specialty Packaging and Industrial Division of the American Paper Institute. In addition to these responsibilities, he will become a member of the executive committee of the API’s Specialty Packag ing and Industria Division. Bogest, whose office is in Rhinelander, joined St Regis on June 1, 1971. He is a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and received his A.B. degree in business administration from Columbia University in 1950. His early sales experience was gained while working for Johns Manville Sales Corp oration and the Coates Board and Carton Company. From 198 to 1864 he was with General Felt Products Nicolet Campus Open Dec. 26-28 Nicolet College announced that the campus will be open from 8 am. to 4:3 p.m. on Dec. %, 27 and 2. Wilma LaCrosse Wins in Tourney EAGLE RIVER — Wilma LaCrosse of Eagle River won first prize at the weekly sheepshead tournament at the Chatter-Box Bar, Sunday, with a score of # points, 15 net plays and two lost plays. Shirley Mueller, Rhinelander, followed close with 4 points, 15 net plays and four lost plays. Gregor Weber, Sugar Camp, took third place with 40 points, 12 net plays.
