(By The Associated Press) While western and central Penn sylvania continued hardily to dig itself out of its week-old snow, two more deaths attributable to the weather brought the state's total storm toll to 20. Edward Clean, 65, a miner, was found dead near his home in Cam bria county. He had started to walk to his home from Dystart and had collapsed in the snow. Coroner Patrick McDermott said the death was due to exposure. Oscar W. Goodwin, Eldred town ship supervisor in McKean county, died of a heart attack suffered while he was operating a grader for removal of snow. Other lives were saved. Everett Bandy, 50-year-old deer hunter, was recovering at his home at Trafford, Westmoreland county, having been rescued after being last four days in the snow. At Butler, Fred Huelsman, Jr., 15- year-old Mars high school junior, who had been missing since Mon day night, was safe after his dis covery at Cooperstown.
