(SHERIFF'’S SALE.—By virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias, issued out of the Court of Common Pleas of Warren county, and to me directed, I shall expose to public vendue or outcry at Roscoe Hall, in the Borough of Warren, on Monday, the 4th day of Sept., 1876, at 20’clock p. m., the following described property, to wit: All that certain piece or parcel of land situ ate in the township of Freehold, county of Warren and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the south-west corner of land deeded to and occupied by Thomas Scott and in the center of the highway, thence northerly along the line of said Scott’s land to the line of the Atlantic Great Western Railroad, thence westerly along the line of said railroad twen ty rods and twenty links, thence southerly and parallel with east line to the center of highway, thence along center of highway twenty rods and nineteen links to the place of beginning, containing one acre of land, be the same more or less, on which is erected one small frame building. ALSO—ALL that certain other‘piece or parcel of land situate in the township of Freehold, county of Warren and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit: Commencing in the center of Greeley street at Freehold station, on the Atlantic Great Western Railroad, at the north-east corner of lands of Arthur L. Sands, thence north eigh ty-one and one-half degrees east along the center of said street eleven perches and seven feet to lands of Jonathan Barker, thence southerly by lands of said Barker and the Church lot thirteen perches and fourteen feet to lands of John F. Van Epps, thence westerly by lands of said Van Epps eleven perches and seven feet to lands of Arthur Sands, thence north by lands of said Sands fourteen perches to the place of beginning, containing about one acre of land, be the same more or less, on which is erected a small frame house. Taken in execution and will be sold as the property of Robert Hulet and Elon A. Sweet, no suit of A. E. Allen, for use of Henry C. en. 8S. H. DAVIS, Sheriff, Sheriff's Office, Warren, Pa., Aug. 12, 1876.
