N ORDINANCE, A Accepting Camp Wool Addition to the Vil lage of Athens, Ohio. SecTION 1, Be it ordained by the Council of An Incorporated Village of Athens, Ohio, That the lots, together with the streets as describ ed in the plot thereof, in what is known as the “Camp Wool Addition,’’ are hereby ac cepted by said Council for all purposes con templated in such acceptance according to law. Provided, the present owners of said Addition will establish the necessary grad ing of the streets belonging thereto, make all filling and repairs necessary, and render the said streets passable and in a safe and convenient condition for public use; and the said owners of said “Camp Wool Addition’’ are to assume all liabilities, responsibilities and damages liable to occur by reason of the Said grading, fillings, and repairing of said streets.
