RAYMOND, Alta., April 1 (CP) One of the largest land deals in the history of Alberta was com pleted here Tuesday when the Chusch of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints (Mormon) pur chased the 80,000 acre Kirkaldy Ranch which formed part of the extensive holdings of the McIntyre Ranching Co. in the Raymond and Magrath districts. There have been recurring re ports that the land would be thrown open for settlements as farm or ranch holdings within the next year.
