Dying in by helicopter; !ln threatening weather, dedicated a 1,000-foot runway extension today at the Flora Airport.Stratton, Flora Mayor Norman Bryden and Prof. Robert C. Wood I of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology later addressed a conference of mayors.Extension of the runway to 3,.100 ifeet co6t 5126,000 with funds provided by slate and federal govern ments.
