Mrs. Frank Sweeney, director for LaHarpe townshjp, of the Memorial Home, at Carthage, went to that city last Thursday, accompanied by the following fourteen ladies: Mes-dames Ed Olson, Joseph Negley, Will Towler, A1 ice Coulson, Gene Comstock, Luther Ogren, Calvin Smiddy, Belle Bradshaw, J. C. Ash, lira Kilgore, Harry Bradshaw, Mary !Ca*singham, daughter Edna and Miss Jessie Wright. They spent the day sewing and mending for the children. They enjoyed apot-luck dinner.
