CORONATION optThe coronation program, that S?1 will cap Glen wood’s 38th an- £h: nual homecoming weekend, will f . start at 8 p.m. Satuday in the . high school gym. v,Tickets for the ceremony are $1 per person and can be purchased at the following locations: Glen wood Community High School, Silver City Bank, Min-eola State Bank, Keleher Drugs, LaRue Drugs and the Pacific Junction Market. Tickets can also be purchased at the door.Rex Coatney and Don Bruce are ticker chairmen.For seating reservations,call Mr. and Mrs. Robert Kemp at 527-9571 or Mr. and Mrs. Frank Stotts at 527-9344.The 1973 coronation court has been announced as follows:Pages - Shari Richter, Lori Chambers, Brenda Wendt, Russell Coatney, Steve Wignall and Mark Schmahl.Sophomore attendants - Kim Pein, Scott Kruse.Junior attendants - HeidiLoftis, Tim Mayberry.Seniors - Ann Brink, Peter Ross.Trainbearers - Shari Schmahl, Julie Mingo, Kirk Bishop and Bret Lincoln.Gifts to the King - Laura Lewis, Craig Florian.Scroll Bearers - Cristina Kohn, Joel Mayberry.Flower Bearers - Laura Ann Boyer, Tim Ross.Candidates for King - Barry Blasi, Marty Meyers and Dennis Nutting.Candidates for Queen - Kathy Buffington, Pat Hodgson and Kar-ie Pein.Immediately following the coronation ceremony a dance will be held at the new armory with music provided by ‘‘Apocalypse, Dance tickets are $2 per person.The coronation is in charge of the Band Parents.Rudy Brink and his committee will be setting up refreshment stands in the courtyard early Friday morning. Any band parent who would like to donate their time to work the stand either before lunch or in the afternoon are asked to contact Rudy Brink.
