CORNER STONEOf High School Will Be Laid October 10.The corner stone of the High school building at East Spring and Sixth streets will be laid Saturday afternoon, October 10. The ceremony will be under the auspices of the Masonic Grand Lodge of Indiana and Grand Master William E. English, of Indianapolis, and other grand lodge officers will be present to conduct the ceremonies.Dr. Bryan, president of Indiana Uni-a | versity, at Bloomington, will make an address after the corner stone is laid. The program of exercises has not been completed and the arrangements are incharge of the board of school trustees and Prof. Charles A. Prosser, superintendent of the schools.The corner stone laying will be a notable event in the public school history of New Albany as it has been many 71 years since a similar ceremony has been 1 carried out. The building, which will 111 be erected, will be a credit to the city b and to the educational interests ofj the J Q state and will be one of the hand iomest and most thoroughly equf )ed in f I Indiana
