Accidents In A rea ReportedReese Merrill, 18, is reported to be in fair condition at the Logan IDS Hospital where he is being treated for injuries sustained in a one-car rollover three miles north of Smithfield shortly before midnight Sunday.A passenger in his car, Wayne Allen, 19, also of Richmond, received minor injuries.According to Trooper Justin J. Anderson, Utah Highway Patrol, Merrill failed to miss an animal which was in the road. He lost control of his vehicle, going off the west side of the road and overturning into the canal.He was taken to the Logan hospital via ambulance.
