A total of 28 cases have been assigned to trial during the September term of District Court starting here Sept. 29. Alfred J. Klocke, clerk of court reported Tuesday.The assignments include 22 law cases, six equity cases but no criminal actions, Mr. Klocke said.Court will convene before Judge Bruce M. Snell, of Ida Grove, Sept. 29 with an equity case, Voge vs. Voge, assigned to the court.
