TAKING OVER — Wayne Jackson (seated), new president of the Logansport Coin Club, goes o\er some club business with Robert Julian, who Jackson succeeded as head of the group. Elected Wednesday night with Jackson were Manuel .Madeira, sice president; Lelha Martin, secretary, and Chal-nier Condon, treasurer. Julian as past president heads the dub's board of governors. Other board members arc Sam Upton, James Resb, Hazel Gray and Dan Drompp.
