utseu ttxitiolcu in SIOUX Ulty.Mrs. Mary Furchner, from Craig, who was engaged to take charge of the J. P. Riter home during Mr. and Mrs. Riter’s absence, who are visiting in Wisconsin, met with a serious and painful accident last Friday when she fell into the cellar. The entrance to the cellar at this home is gained through a trap door in the pantry. Mrs. Furchner had just come out of the cellar and did not stop to close the door. Shortly she needed something from the pantry and while entering she was looking for the article on the shelf when she stepped off into the open space, falling to the bottom of the cellar as the steps lead down from the other side. At the bottom of the cellar she lay from recess time until the children, came home from school. Medical aid was then called and it was found that her hip was broken. She was taken to her home Saturday. Mrs. Furchner is a lady of sixty years which makes the accident all the more serious. ■ .
