Chip Baker, fourth, and Shawn Strack, fifth.Gary Ballestros and Tommy Ray took first in the Television Characters category with their Snoopy and the Red Baron costumes.Other winners were M*ike,Danny, and Karen Frank, second, Angela, Steven, and Maria Loesch, third, Patty and Denny Bitner, fourth, and Kim Kevin and Roselind Ditzler, fifth.There was a tie for first place in the floats category. One float was a crib filled with young children in diapers and a sign saying, “Our style hasn’t changed in 20 years.’* The children were Tab and Clay Harrison, Vanissa Crews, Jana Lehmann, and Jason Genovese.Dirk Borgsmiller in a little car was the other first place winner.Tammy hood took second, Mark Lane, third. Kent and and David Martin, fourth, and Larry Klink. fifth.
