Emporia High Chorale Elects New OfficersEmporia Senior High School Chorale has elected ne'w officers. With their director, Mrs. Charles Hendricks, the members are selecting music and planning activities for the year. Last year the group made more than 35 publicappearances.David Wiley is the new President; Marvin Paige, Vice resident; LaJune Revell, Secretary, and Linda Heebie, Business Manager. Bernita Arnold will be pianist for the second year, with Barbara Heath as assistant,Mrs. Hendricks has announced that 40 new members have been selected after tryouts, and the Chorale now numbers 75. Twenty new members are sophomores.Hew members are Margaret Adam, La Verne Atchison, Patricia Barnhart, Tima Browning, Risfc Coffmn, Carolyn Dailey, Barbara Deck, Lynn Duby, Carole Ens-minger, Thomas Emswiler, James Felkner, Edwina Foster, Karen Groves, Mary' E. Hamman, Wil-ham Haun, Judy Harry, DeWayne Holt, Judy Hostetter, Donald Irwin, Richard Johnson, Mary Jones, Ronnie King, Bron Lewis, Patricia Marshall, Richard Morgan, Janet Moore, David Murphv, j] B. McCreary, Jeff Mcllvain,'Donald Resch, Emily Sue Roscr. Clayton Smith, Mary Tyler, Carolyn Umdenstock, Judy Waterman George Wathen, Janet White, Pati Williams, Buth Witte, and Donald WolgastThe Chorale's first fallprograrn will be given at a : Rotary luncheon meeting in October.
