Walnut —*'The Pauline Hall Opera Company will appear Monday night tor the first time on any stage at the \\ alnut Street Theatre, in the beautiful opera Amotita,” and will be the attraction there for the two following weeks. Miss Hall's organization has been selected with great care and some of the very best people in the operatic branch of the theatrical profession are included in her company. Among them might be mentioned Chas, H. Drew, who made such a success here some years ago with the Carlcton Opera Company in “ The Mikado, w here heplayed Coco, and in ‘Nanon and other operas. Miss Homie Weldon, a Philadelphia girl, is the prima donna. The scenery is entirely new and is very' beautiful. Joseph Clare, the celebrated scenic artist, is the painter. The costumes are designed by E. Hamilton Hell and made bv Charles Hawthorne, and are said to be the most beautiful ever seen in comic opera. The music is bright and beautiful throughout and not a single dull number mars itsbeauty.
