Beuchler on Railway Avenue in Ashern became almost like a landmark in the many years since it was built. Not too long ago it was purchased by the Skoropata family and Mrs. Beuchler moved over to the new duplex a few streets over. Just the other day the movers came and in short order whisked the stately home from Railway Avenue to its new location on the old Gutknecht farm in an area south and west of Ashern. By a strange coincidence, this house which was next door to where the late granny Gutknecht lived, has now been set down on the place where granny had moved from.
