West Liberty Fair.SECOND DAY.The first thing that attracts thevisitor is floral hall in all its heaut\.Every part of it is filled with the various articles in this department with the addition of a fine Chicago cottage organ, which furnishes some delightful music during the day, Polder Son’s exhibit of shoes, Ball Phillipsstoves and equipments, Lindle’s bees and honey, quilts of all kinds also a splendid display of fine art, preser\es, foods and condiments, c.A very fine display of poultry is seen next consisting of everything that wears feathers, with a prairie dogcooped near by.Leaving the chicken coops we nextcome to the display of agricultural implements. comprising all kinds usually brought to fairs, including somo novelties such as a plow made by John Deere. Cole’s wire tightener is attracting the attention of farmers.We next come to Vegetable hallwhich is filled with samples of all kinds and the verdict of everyone is that there neverwere so large productions exhibited at this society’s fair, especially in cornand pumkius.Passing south through the crowd.and it is an immense one, we come to the hogpens which are all tilled and in some cases two classes are put together for want of pens.
