In almost every instance the woods serve as a picnic ground. This year, however, the Presbvterians have decided on an indoor picn c.A committee of twelve has worked diligently in laying the plans for this occasion. Acceptances of invitations indicate that the largest at-stendance in the history of the churchwill attend this affair. The supper will be served in the church dining room which will accommodate almcst400 people.The guests of honor will be Hr.and Mrs. McMichael and Professorand Mrs. Hume. Members of the church will bring their own baskets and table service. Coffee and one or two side-dishes will be provided by the Deaconesses.After the suoper games and entertainment will be provided by the committee in charge consisting of Julia McCracken and, Frances Pillsbury. A pot luck picnic supper wllj be served at five o'clock and each member is asked to bring sandwiches, one article bf food and their own table service. The members are asked to make a special effort to be present by four o’clock for a short business meeting before the supper. Ray and Mrs Ralph Clayton received prizes in the contest. The hostess served a dainty luncheon arid the guests departed reporting a pleasant evening.
