The Rev, G. B. Smith of Hun-neweli, was a recent guest in the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Melton. Mrs. Viola Capps and grandson- of Nevada, Mo., came last Wednesday and will leave Thursday for Boswell, Calif., to make their home. They were guests of Mr, and Mrs. J. A. Melton while here.Mrs. Reynold Bradley of Marshall and sister, Mrs. Wand, of Detroit, Mich., are guests of their mother, Mrs. Minnie Byram. Mrs. Bradley, whose two sons were born here, tells us that the older son, Junior, is an engineer in U. S. service at Pearl Harbor, and the younger son, Delbert, is taking flying lessons at the air field in Marshall and will soon be readyfor sclo flying.Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Adkisson and son of Centralia were . brief visitors here Saturday.Kenneth Neese was a business visitor in Centralia Saturday’ and went on from there to Hallsviile to spend Saturday night and Sunday with his father, L. S.
