The West Liberty Fair.Weit Liberty. September, 14tb, 1886.HKST DAY.The first day of the Union District Agricultural Fair, is consumed principally in bringing in exhibits and arranging them in their proper places.SECOND DAY.A lovelier day for a fair could not be had if it had been made to order, and a visitor to tho grounds, on entering, could not help but admire the neatly kept lawn and the splendid track which is in the best condition fortrotting.On entering Floral Hall you would involuntarily exclaim, “Oh how beautiful!” This building is artistically decorated with evergreens, from tloor to roof. The centre is occupied by house plants from the gardens of the citizens of West Liberty, who always take pride in making this hall the most attractive part of the fair. The show of ladies’ work is very handsomeand consists of lace, embroidery, etching, painting on velvet, quilts both fancy and durable, beautiful rugs, scarfs, chairs, cushions and covers, and carpets of all kinds.
