dred carsArthur FisherArthur Fisher to appear In playArthur Fisher, son of Don and Terri Fisher of Clarksville, and Teresa and Chris Newton of Fort Worth, will appear in Urashima Taro and the Magic Turtle September 20 through October 5 at Creative Arts Theatre and School inArlington.He will play the emperor in thistraditional Japanese children’s tale of a boy and a turtle who takes himon adventures under the sea. The performances are part of Sun andStar 1996, a 100-day celebration ofJapanese culture throughout Texas.Fisher has appeared in four previous productions at CATS, a nonprofit youth theatre. This past spring he was named to the U1L All-Star Cast for his performance in the lead role in Oedipus Res, performed by Dunbar Middle School.A freshman at Dunbar High School of Science and Engineering Professions in Fort Worth, he is a member of the Junior Statesmen ofAmerica.
