Second place winner is to be presented a $50 bond and trophy. A $25 bond and trophy awaits the winner of third place honors. Each of the participants is to receive a participation trophy.Judging is to be based on face, figure, posture, grooming, grace, personality, popcorn popping ability and sale of tickets to the ball.The evening’s activities will be emceed by County Judge Don A.
