MASSILLON ELKS .From September 21 to 20, inclusive, Massillon lodge -of Elks, in which a score of Orrville men hold membership, is to stage a fall festival in the lodge’s new club house, East Main street. It promises to eclipse anything of its kind ever attempted in this section of the state. ManyOrrville people,, who are not members of the order, are also planning to attend.A big parade on the night of Monday, September 21, in which Elk lodges and bands from many cities, wilF participate, will officially open the Fall Festival.., It will close at midnight, Saturday (September 26.Fifteen amusement booths^ a German village, music by various bands and orchestras, and the giving away of hundreds of valuable prizes, are some of, the things scheduled for the fall festival. The event was planned and is being staged ^entirely by the membership of Massillon Elks.
