We have seen the Packers in action several times and never feel cheated whether they beat their opponents or not, but dervie satisfaction from witnessing a brand of ball that is unexcelled by any.. other aggregation of football players. That pass thrown by Arnie Herber, at Green Bay a few years ago to Johnny Blood from his own forty-five line yard, and was pulled down by Johnny with three Detroit Lions players striving to knock it down, alone was worth the trip to that city. Herber was in the line-up Sunday and he demonstrated his ability on numerous occasions. The Holy Trinity Sports Club is to be congratulated for making it possible to have such a team play in Ironwood for the hundreds of fans who have nevey seen a professional football team in action.
