THE COOLEY JITEHLE COIPANYKit, nai amusement is a necessity in every properly organized community ami we are fortunate when we can enjoy public entertainments free from those blemishes of coarseness anil vulgarity which so often characterize such affairs. It is therefore a real pleasure to us to sjieak in high commendation of the exhibition of the Cooley Juvenile Company which occurred in the Senate Chamber of the ohl Capitol last Tuesday night. We have not space to give a description of their performance, but can only say that the little Misses Fanny, Sanellaand Maggie, and Master Adel Cooley performed their parts admirably and the result was a chaste, innocent and charming entertainment, in which there was nothing to which the most fastidious could object. Mrs. Cooley presided at the piano and made pleasant music while giving di-ivction to the carrying out of the programme of the evening. We commend the Cooley Juvenile Company to the favor of the public, in the sincere belief that thofee who may patronize them will have no just and reasonable ex-i*oetation disappointed.
