Tiie increased demand for Commercialwork is very gratifying to thefaculty. In the tirst year classes the enrollment is about thesame as last, while the enrollment in the second year classes1 Iare nearly double that of last;year.The large enrollment in thehigh school is due to the newbuilding, the special equipment,and the popularity oE the commercial course, the teacheitraining course, and the domestic science. Special attentionwill be given to the physicaltraining of pupils and the athletic tield will be put in conditionat the very earliest possible moment. Sikeston will have atrack second to none in SouthMissouri and with the materialto work out some records shouldbe broken during the comingseason.1A slight change in the time ofbeginning school has been putin practice and the hour is now8:15 to start work and the hourto dismiss be 3 p. m.
