r • f ITHE FRIENDLY VOICE on the other end of the Une when one calls the high school, 534-1113, is Mrs. Joanne Cutter, an employee of the system and city resident. Mrs. Cutter also takes daily attendance at the high school and supervises aides who help her with that task. Active in both school and civic activities, Mrs. Cutter also has the honor of being a host parent to one of this year’s Rotary students, Merja Nieminen. She resides in the city with her husband Sam and daughter Arlene.
