Frank namedm •band directorJoe Frank has recently been elected to head the Richardson Community Band, as director for the 1972-73 year.Frank is a professor of instrumental instruction at SMU and is a former Director of Musical Instruction for the Richardson Independent School District.Other officers for the upcoming season are; Band Director Lawrence Martin. Publicity Carol Detjer, Band Shell Committee Chairman and Property Manager Bill Sham-berg, Treasurer Howard Kennedy, Personnel Ben Sloan, Librarian Mary Taylor, Social Chairman Lee Earl Bryant and Concert and Rehersal Manager Tony Wellbank.
