A true bill was returned to-day (Tuesday) by the Grand Jury in the eases of Ripley and Thomas Scott,charged with the murder of Gurney[Cole Is Parks tovMbip la July.i The case was taken up this morning and all the witnesses were heard by the time the adjournment wastaken at noon.The report of Hie first two day'sfindings will be made in court thisafternoon.The Grand Jury is now well along with the heavy work mapped out for them but it is not expected that they(will finish before Saturday.i I nm niTifBiAtin
