RETURN FROM TWO-DAY CRUISEThe party of local men who wenton a two-day cruise to Santa Cruz islands returned to Oxnard last evening, tired and sunburned from theirexposure. They reported a successful trip. Thpy said they did not catch a large number of fish but bad a grand Mme on the water.The sea grew choppy yesterday and there was a strong wind blowing. The time Hpent on the island was much enjoyed by the party. Today there are a number of greatly tanned men about' town, but they are ail satisfied with the trip. !Those who went on the trip were Paul Hutchinson, Alec Murrain, Jalt; k Pillay, C. F. Mar mad uko, Harry Evans, Emerson White and D. A. Griffith.
