Her first volume, “Phyllis Diller* s Housekeeping Hints/ has just been released. For the first time in Oakdale's history, a took will be for sale in the concession stands and it will be the star's wild ho me making manual. Her second took, 'Phyllis Diller* sMarriage Manual* will be released later this fall. In January, PhyHls Diller will record her first singing album for Columbia Records.Miss DiUer's versatility will be much in evidence on the Wallingford stage and so, too, will be the spectacular talents of the Osmond Brothers, familiar for the past five yagrs to regular viewers of the Andy Williams Show. Williams discovered the quintet of dancing, singing, musicians from Ogden, Utah who range in age from 9 to IT. Added attractions in their act are 6-year-old sis ter Marie and 4-year-old brother Jimmy. Nineteen-year-old Shane Donovan also appears In the evening's entertainment, He plays organ and sings with the Long Island Sounds, a quartet of boys from Old Saybrook who have been a New England singing attraction for the past six years. Jim Bal-donl, Jim Dombaci, and Tony Blanca round out that group and they are all from OldSaybrook, as is Mr, Donovan.The Phyllis Dllier Show will play six evening performances at the Oakdale Musical Theatre.
