Leflel.Treasurer—E. K. Thomas.Secretary—A. G. Dunn.The chair appointed the following executive committee which is to ro-port a set of rules and regulations at the next meeting: Messrs. S. M.Leavenworth, James \V. Henson, Albert Wade, W. U.
