NEW FLOOR SHOW AT PALMER HOUSE OPENS SEPTEMBER 4Griff Williams and his orchestra will open on Thursday evening, September 4, in the Empire Room of the Palmer House. In support of the piano-playing Mr. Williams will be Raye and Naldi, ballroom dancers. The Three Nonchalants, a comedy trio, lend support to the new revue which will be called “The Autumn Revue.” Johnny Woods, a tap dancer, has also been booked for “The Autumn Revue.” Miss Abbott, producer of the Empire Room shows, is now in New York signing additional talent to support the music of Griff Williams and ’round out the revue. Pedro De Leon and his rhumba band will continue to provide the “relief” music when Mr. Williams and his men are away from the bandstand.
