*****Whoever heard of ice cream cones dropping off of trees. Well we didn’t till**'we heard this one, and none other than our distinguished citizen, George Yenter is responsible for the following tale.He says that one day when he was sitting on the front porch, down dropped an empty ice cream • cone out of the tree. Upon careful investigation he found that a blue jay up in the tree had dropped down the empty cone. According to that, we suppose the blue jay must have bought the ice cream cone at one of our local confectioners, ate all the ice cream and threw the cone away. Now this is a good story, but boy oh boy,- what will the birds be do-. ing next? I
