And, yes — Clarence Pickard made it.More than 100 bikers who set out from Sioux City on Sunday were joined by an estimated 150 other area cyclists at the outskirts of Davenport late Friday afternoon.The procession of bikes continued to grow as it pedaled its way through the city’s rush-hour traffic.
