G. Bronner today declared that no parking will be permitted from 10 a. m. until after the parade on either Secondor Third stregjts between Chestnut and Walnut streets. Thelength of the parade will compel counter-marching. As a consequence. it is imperative that the streets be free of all vehicles, the police head says. A half hour later the Venetian night parade of water craft, gailv decorated. will take place in front of the Elks’ and Eagles’ home- The fireworks. declared to be the most elaborate display ever witnessed locally, will be shot at 8 o’clock from barges anchored in the river.
