School was closed for one daylast week owing to the ’flu outbreak which has spread throughout the district, striking nearly every home.A number of people from the district attended the wedding of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Millar, nee Nancy Sorenson, in Peace River on Saturday, October 12.The teachers from the district attended the Teachers’ Convention in Fairview on Friday and Saturday.
