j illiam Smith, brother of the late Jo* ; epli, and who signs himself as Patriarch.1 recently issued a Pamphlet in which he says many hard thing* against Brigham Young, the present head of the Mormons, Taylor and Kimball. According to the Warsaw Signal, he intimates that Young was instrumental in the accomplishment of the murder of Irvine Hodges, and that the two brother* who were hung at this place “were no more guilty than the heads of the Mormon church, who had them given up to save themselves.** If let alone these Mormons and ex-Mormonswill destroy* each other.*
