Corporation Counsel Horstman reported on the communication with reference to the paying of assessments for Lmproving of Fourteenth, street, from I’lum to Elm, that the agreement between the city and the Cincinnati Music Hall Association provides that the city will keep the buildings of said association forever free from any and all taxes, charges and assessments of nil kinds, hence he held that the assessments could not be collected on the Musio Hall property. Filed.
