HOKE BUREAU MEETINGTho October meeting of the Wa-hsh unit of Home Bureau was held at the home of Ella Welife last Wed-' acjdy afternoon with Agnfea Weleh s assistant hosUss.Tho chairman, Helen Tingiey called the mooting to order with Hester New lin reading the flotation from . the year book. TJie monthly reports were read. New bpjIness wm dU*us#ed Virginia Devi* gave a talk oh Health, Tho group tang *Tn the Garden. Boll call was answered with a Money-Making Idea for our Unit.Tho minor lesson, Care of House Plants was given by Winona Higginbotham and the major lesson on “Saving Time and Mending was demonstrated by Edith Cooper and Julia Pickona.Delicious refreshments in keeping with the fell season were served to tho following members and guests: Patricia Hunter, Ruth Lawrence and daughter, Nancy, Winona Higginbotham, Helen Tingley, Jessie Welsh, Mary O.
