The strikers, who do not belong to any union, have de-| manded a 15-ceot hourly across-jthe-board pay boost. A spokesman | for the striking workers said the | company has offered a -10-cent hourly Increase.Earl Shea, business manager of the paper, termed the 15-cent demand too high.
