V. Lopez To Play Variety Show Hit11 In Vermontf a song written by Richard Wanderer, Middle-bury '49, will be heard tomorrow night over the Mutual Network when orchestra leader Vincent Lopez will feature the number as part of his regular weekly program.The song had its premierein IQ 49 at the annual Junior Weekend presentation of Midd-Time Varieties when it was introduced by Louis F. Im-brogno '51 and Gail L. Haskins '51 as the closing number of the show. Robert F.. Seixas '49, Linwood L. Meacham *50, William H. Zack, Jr., *50, and Barbara A. Ferris *50 directed the 1949 production in which Mr. Wanderer, who is at present studying law at St. John’s College, participated as a member of the cast as well as composer of one of the show’s hit tunes.The Mutual stations in *this area are: WDEV, Waterbury(550); WROW, Albany ( 590); and WSYB, Rutland ( 1380).
