The Sonders reunion was held Friday at the residence ot Charles Sunders, five miles south of Salem 6h IfUTTjjrade road. There were forty present, Including many relatives and decendants. Those present from k distance were G. N. Day and wife, of Dexter, Kan., and Mrs. Bessie Hornady of Ft. Scott, Kan. Benj. .1 ones, 83, was the oldest present. Elisha Charles, 82, Kelson Johnson, 77, and N. Hush, 74, were others among the more aged that were there. Thomas Morris took a picture of the Bouders family. They are three brothers and four sisters. Their names are as follows: Martin, Albert and Lafayette Souders, Sarah, wife of Nelson Johnson, Anna, wife of John Thompson, Mary wife of Elisha Charles and Jane wife of G. N. Day. Another picture was taken ot them with their companions and a third one of the whole party present. A fine dinner was spread und the day was enjoyed by all.
