Bruin Jubilee iiReadied4The Southland will salute TJCLA*s fiftieth anniversary with an “Extraordinary Jubilee' ' Nov. 2. beginning at 7 p.m. in the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion of ihe Music Center.Approximately 3200 prominent alumni, government and social leaders, many from the Valley, will gather to honor the Westwood institution at a reception in the Grand Hall, followed by an 8 p.m. stage show emceed by singer Andy Williams,*Entertainers will include Barbara McNair, Bob Newhart, the Osmond Brothers and the Young Americans.Highlight of the program will be the presentation to Frank Sinatra of an honorary membership In the UCLA Alumni Assn.The award will make the singer the sixth person in UCLA's half-century of existence to be so honored.Members of the Committee of Fifty, distinguished alumni active in anniversary year festivities who will attend, include Mrs. Robert Alshuler of Sherman Oaks, Arthur Ashe, Frank Balthis.
