Mrs. Emma C. MillerMrs. Emma C. Miller, formerly of 316 W. Whitlock Ave., died this morning in a local nursing home.Mrs. Miller was born in Winchester, the daughter of the late John H. and Jane Cornelia Cooley Clowser. She was married to the late Melvin Miller. She was a member of the Christ EpiscopalChurch.Surviving is one granddaughter, Mrs. Jean Diffenderfer of 316 W. Whitlock; two brothers, Earl J. Clowser and Orville R. Clowser both of Winchester; andone great-grandchild. Adaughter, Mrs. Helen Jean Hill, two sisters, Mrs. Mary McCauley, Mrs. Eva Boyd, and three brothers, George W. Clowser, Maynard Clowser and Clifton J. Clowser preceded her in death.A graveside service will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. at Mount Hebron Cemetery.The body is at Jones Funeral Home.
