The first concert of the 1962-63 season of the the Municipal Auditorium. The concert is dedicatedCharleston Symphony Orchestra under the direction to the United Nations and the 17th anniversary of itsof Geoffrey Hobday will be held at 3 p. m. today at founding. Pictures above were taken at a rehearsal last week with the one (upper right) showing Hobday directing. The next (upper left) shows five of the new players this season - A. Y. Coran, Bernard Hirsch, James Hall, Carol Houts and Nancy Hanson. The orchestra will give six concerts during the season.
