The Condensery owns | all adjacent property and needs the I land for possible future expansion, although A. C. Beyer, plapt manager, said that no definite plans for theenlargement, have: been, made as yet.in^ exo^apge tor these concessions,the city was given a new alley site by the Condensery on the north edge of its property. The village ordinance reserved to the village the right to enter upon the vacated area to repair, relay, or remove water and sew-’ er system conduits.Another ordinance passed Monday night authorized the Clerk to accept a deed from Nora Kropf et al. for 6. 23 acres of land in between the disposal plant and the C. A. C. tracks and to issue a voucher for payment of $1200.A. D. Webster, superintendent of Municipal Utilities, suggested that the water and sewer committee consider adding a fire hydrant at the corner of feast Pine and South Wal-. ' nut streets.'
