iS, THURSDAY, OCTOBER 20, 1927Club Talks of Cheese FactoryCompany Wants $2,500.00 As a Bonus Which Is Estimated Will Erect the BuildingAt the meeting of the commercial club Monday night, Mr. Britt,* representing the Ozark Cheese Company, of Springfield, Mo., met with the club and outlined his proposition to locate a cheese factory here. They offer to put In a factory here provided they are paid a bonus of $2,500.00. He says' that it will take this amount to erect the building, and they estimate the cost of the machinery to be around$5,500.00. The matter was discussed- . * 1 *by the members present but n9 action taken. A committee was appointed'to further Investigate the matter and report back, to the club. W. B. Wolf, who was formerly county agent of Delaware county, was present and gave an interesting talk on the dairy industry in this section.
